Due to the shortcomings of conventional cotton fabrication, mills usually wash cotton fabric with enzymes to remove lint and stray fibers on the surface of the yarn. However, use of such substances reduces the strength and longevity of the fabric.

The unique combination of the fibers composing Zeugma allows the formation of a fabric with low fuzziness. Therefore, the surface of Zeugma fabric is bright and smooth. The need for enzyme wash has been eliminated. Furthermore, the elimination of this process allows water and energy saving.
